             Fish Screens for Industry

Saving the world... one baby fish at a time

Inspectors doing environmental audits are looking for fish screens that are compliant with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans guidelines. This can get fairly complicated. To streamline this process, every fish screen we design and fabricate is serial numbered and is issued a "Certificate of Build" which outlines the specs for that specific fish screen unit.

All aluminum fish screen for an 8 inch water pump
Picture
This fish screen is designed with wagon wheel stand offs designed so pump intake is always at least 12 inches (300mm) from the bottom of the water source.

This fish screen is designed to be suspended from a surface vessel for a 2" pump used for underwater jetting and dredging

As contractor's quick couplers on intake hoses are not standardized... this design has a capped male QC on one side and a capped female QC on the other - basically a universal setup. The contractor simply removes the cap from the quick coupler they need to connect to.
